Supper Club: “Trás-os-Montes à Mesa”

Join us at Porto Arts Club for a special Supper Club celebrating the rich culinary traditions of Trás-os-Montes, one of Portugal’s most distinctive gastronomic regions.

Hosted by João Coutinho and Rita Gomes, the evening will feature a carefully curated menu inspired by traditional regional flavours, seasonal ingredients, and comforting Portuguese cuisine. From mushroom madeleines with chicken liver pâté and pork rillettes to chestnut soup, handmade ravioli, grilled Maronesa beef, and a pumpkin and chestnut mille-feuille, each dish tells a story of the region’s culinary heritage.

The experience will be complemented by a selection of wines curated by Paul Chevreux, including Clarete 2024, Dão Lagar 2023, Novais 2023 Magnum, Tinto 2024 Barrica Nº 5, and a unique Vinho Abafado 2023 served from a 25-litre demijohn.
