An evening of Swiss flavours, wine and conversation marks the first edition of the Porto Arts Club Supper Club.

On 3 November, join Chef Nik Buchs for “The Swiss Delights from Gstaad-Saanenland”, a dinner celebrating Swiss culinary traditions, accompanied by wines from Tom Litwan, Fricktal — AOC Aargau.

Begin with bratwurst and mustard before taking your seat for cheese quiche with a leaf salad, followed by sliced Swiss veal in a creamy mushroom sauce with rösti. To finish, enjoy chocolate moelleux and meringue with double cream and berries.

The first in a series of evenings bringing different chefs, flavours and stories to the table at Porto Arts Club.
